Step 1 – Initial Enquiry

You contact Palm Pathways to request general information about the Dubai property market or to enquire about the introduction process.

At this stage, we may ask high-level questions to understand your area of interest, such as:

  • Whether you are exploring ownership, residency options, or general market information

     

  • Your preferred property type or location (if known)

     

  • Your intended timeframe

Step 2 – Market Information & Disclosures

We share general, non-advisory information about the real estate market, including:

  • Market structure and ownership frameworks

     

  • The role of developers, brokers, and regulators

     

  • The introduction process and what to expect

     

  • Key risks and considerations associated with International property ownership

     

We also clearly explain Palm Pathways’ role as an independent introducer, ensuring transparency from the outset.

Step 3 – Introduction to Licensed Developers and Agents

Where appropriate, and based on your expressed interests, Palm Pathways may introduce you to:

 

  • A UAE RERA-licensed developer 
  •  
  • A licensed real estate broker authorised to provide project-specific information 
  •  

Introductions are made solely to enable direct communication between you and licensed parties who can answer detailed questions and present available options.

Step 4 – Independent Professional Advice

Before making any commitment, you are encouraged to seek independent legal, financial, and tax advice, particularly in relation to:

All elements of the transaction, including:

  • Completion and handover

are handled entirely by the licensed developer, broker, and relevant professional advisers.

Palm Pathways does not handle client funds, negotiate terms, or act on behalf of any party in the transaction.

Following an introduction, Palm Pathways may remain in contact to:

  • Support future introductions

  • Share general market updates
