Introducing Dubai’s very latest mixed-use master community; Tilal Al Ghaf. Developed by Majid Al Futtaim this new family-oriented master community is set to become one of Dubai’s most integrated and well put together.

Set on a land area area of over 300 hectares the total project is estimated to cost over 14 billion AED. Once fully complete in 2027, the Tilal Al Ghaf community will feature a range of apartment buildings, townhouses, luxury stand-alone villas, and an exclusive selection of mansions.

This mega development will also feature a huge range of lifestyle and family-friendly amenities. This includes walkable neighborhoods in addition to 35.5ha of landscaped open space, 18km of walking trails, and 11km of cycling paths.

Lagoon Al Ghaf, a 70,000m2 swimming lagoon, with over 400m of beachfront, and 1.5km of waterfront, will also be a big part of the project.

Additional facilities within the community include various restaurants, convenience stores, a boutique hotel, a healthcare clinic, a school, three nurseries, and much more.
